A payment of the initial, quarterly, and annual fees must be made when first joining The Fitness Center.  Following that, the quarterly fee must be paid every three months in order to continue membership.  Members must pay the quarterly and annual fee every first quarter of the year.

     $200.00 for 12 months (must join Jan 1-15, April 1-15, July 1-15, or Sept 1-15)
